April of 2008, Cesar Losada, with his company Millennium Construction installed
hardwood flooring on my entire first floor. I was initially impressed with
Cesar and his company at our first meeting when he came to quote the
price for
the job. He was well prepared and supplied us with legal documents, permits and licenses as well as
portfolio showing his previous work. He is a
hard worker and our floor looks great. We would definitely use
Millennium Construction again for any additional work in the
future.
