We are the only RISK FREE painting company because, unlike other companies, "WE DON'T COLLECT A DEPOSIT, AND YOU WON'T PAY A DIME FOR OUR LABOR UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED AND YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED." There is zero risk going forward with Millennium Construction, Inc.

1. ASSESSING THE JOB
We first identify your substrate, determine what primer to use and carefully inspect for any circumstances because each job and each customer is unique.

2. SITE PREPARATION
Covering plants and shrubs with drop cloths, being careful around flower beds so as not to damage the foliage or roots.

3. WASHING THE HOUSE
A soft water power wash using try-sodium phosphate eliminates any dirt, oil or mildew that builds up on your exterior over time. Applying paint to a clean surface ensures a long-lasting and better-looking paint job.

4. SURFACE PREPARATION
Scraping and sanding to get down to solid surface for better adhesion; feather sanding for better appearance; properly replacing rotten wood; removing non-adhering caulk as needed and properly applying new caulk; and finally, priming any bare wood as needed.

5. TOPCOAT APPLICATION
We use brushes and rollers instead of sprayers to assure adequate coverage. The thicker the layer of paint, the longer the job will last.

6. FINAL INSPECTION
Carefully inspecting the finished job with the customer to assure maximum customer satisfaction.

Confirmation of start date:
We will confirm your start date by phone, usually a week before. At that time, we can discuss any additional concerns of questions you may have and/or any items that you might like added to the job.

Payment for materials:
The only money you pay before the job is finished is for the material going on your home. That check payment is made when you agree to go forward with us.

Daily cleanup:
If the job lasts for several days, the crew will clean up at the end of each day and place any equipment in a safe place.

Professional standards:
When we have completed the job, the crew foreman and/or a quality control foreman will inspect the finished work with you to assume maximum satisfaction. We do not allow loud music, offensive language, or unprofessional behavior by our crews.

Customer completion statement:
When we have completed the job, the crew foreman and/or a quality control foreman will inspect the finished work with you to assure maximum satisfaction. Please specify any area of concern of dissatisfaction, and these will be addressed. One you are satisfied, please complete the customer completion statement and sign it. Do not sign this document until all work has been completed per the contract.

Our goal:
We want to exceed your expectation; this insures a long working relationship. We want your business not for one job, but for a lifetime.
